Got something on your mind? It may be here.

If it isn't, please call me or flick me a message.

The MRW point of difference is that we understand that many people who run businesses don't want to learn the nuts and bolts of making a modern website.

We help you get set up and give you the training to manage the your online business - answer enquiries, process sales etc.

If anything arises that you need help with, then Ushan is going to be there to assist you. Advice is free, and training is rolled into the cost of the website.

We build websites on the Adobe Business Catalyst platform mainly, with some Shopify cusomisations on the side.

  • What do I need to do?
The most important thing for you to do is provide the content. That means that on every page that you want on your site, what are the words that you want people to read?
This stuff is super important, and should not be done by anyone else, because you know your customers better than anyone.
This includes images which can be provided by you, or we can provide in-house. Or you can pay for stock photography.
  • How long will it take?
The answer to this depends on two things.
    1. 1. The build time - about 2 weeks for a simple site set up - longer for larger sites.
    2. 2. How long it takes to answer FAQ 1 above
  • How much is it?
The answer to this depends on two things.
    1. 1. Your site subscription - from $17 - $55 per month
    2. 2. The site build - from $1000 for a simple set (think this site), up to $4000+ for a full E-Commerce set up with Newsletter templates, blogs, all the bells and whistles.
  • Are there any hidden costs?
Domain registration is another cost involved with web-sites. Many of the other extra costs, such as email hosting, https (Secure Servers), and extra sub-domains all come standard with our websites. So aside from domain registration and the actual setup cost, that's it.
  • What's with all the lingo around websites?
    It's because geeks invented them.
  • What is a CRM?
CRM stands for Customer Resource Management. It refers to having a database that holds client details in a secure fashion. Any interactions people have with your website (e.g. buying, commenting or sending a contact form) will automatically be recorded in the CRM.
  • What is a CMS?
CMS stands for Content Management System. This allows you to update your website like it is a regular word editing program. It gives you access to many of the different aspects of your site e.g. Blogs, Page updates, Events etc.
  • What is SEO
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimisation. It is the actions that we take to stand your website firmly in the path of Google, Bing and Yahoo. It is a combination of settings and actions that, taken over time, improve your rankings from zero to hero. Learn more
  • Can I get some advice?
You betcha! Advice is free. Just call or email me.
  • I'd like a website but don't have any time.
Even though this isn't a question, I get where you are going with this. I'm not going to lie, if you want an eCommerce site, but you are already too busy, you may not be doing yourself any favours. However, I can set that up for you, and if you can find someone to update it once in a while, you're roses. See the first FAQ.
  • Can I change my subscription later?
Yes! You can always cross-grade to another level of service.
  • Do you charge for tech-support?
I roll a few hours of support into every site, designed to tweak the site after launch, as the client sees fit. After this, I charge $60/hr for support.
